Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• modify, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• use ShopCode for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content
• violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• interfere with the platform’s normal operation

Intellectual Property

• All content, design elements, and technology provided by ShopCode are protected by copyright.
• You may use outputs generated for your personal or commercial projects, provided they comply with all applicable laws.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all actions performed under your account.
• Accounts may not be shared between multiple individuals.

Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features of ShopCode require a paid subscription or credit purchase.
• Prices and billing terms are displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

User Inputs and AI Outputs

• You are responsible for all prompts, data, and instructions you submit to ShopCode.
• The AI generates outputs based on your inputs. Outputs may not always meet your expectations, and similar outputs may appear for different users.
• You must ensure that the use of generated sites complies with all applicable laws.

Content Extraction

If you use features that import product data (e.g., from external links), you are responsible for ensuring that such use is legal and respects copyright and platform rules.

Storage and Projects

• Your projects, sites, and generated files are stored according to the limits of your subscription plan.
• We may delete or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Service Availability

• We aim to keep the platform accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

• ShopCode is provided “as is” without guarantees.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, including losses related to revenue, data, or business activity.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to ShopCode in the twelve months before the issue arose.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time.
• Termination does not grant a refund unless required by law.

External Links

• ShopCode may contain links to third-party services.
• We are not responsible for their content or policies.
• Use them at your own risk.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ShopCode operates.
• Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your region continue to apply.
